The Nike SB, which stands for skateboarding, was released in 2002 and was made to rival many popular underground skateboarding shoes. Companies such as DC, and many others were dominating this market. When Nike finally released the SB, it was met with much praise among most skateboarders. The shoe is made thicker than usual with lots of ankle support for the curb surfers. Here’s one of them in black and white:
